Options for Wellness Events at your next Meeting or Convention

  • Onsite yoga classes (mats Included) - We deliver yoga mats and props to your location and set them up for your class with one of our creative and certified yoga teachers.

  • Morning Group Stretch -  This is a lovely option for a larger group setting to get moving and ready for the day ahead.  It is usually done in the general session before the first speaker/meeting and can range from 15-30 minutes. 

  • Afternoon Break - This option is similar to Morning stretch but would be held during a break time mid-day. 

  • Zen Room at your Conference - This is the most fluid and customizable option. These are some basic ideas to get you thinking, and then we customize from here.  The idea is to create a space for attendees to escape to when they need a break.  It can look like - a room with dim lights, meditation cushions, yoga mats, candles, a massage chair with a therapist (or multiple), an ongoing soothing playlist, options to add in scheduled stretch sessions, an art space, healthy snacks and juices, etc.  Anything you can think of, we can add in. 

  • Chair Yoga - There are also multiple options here but some ideas are - A space set with chairs with ongoing chair yoga sessions throughout the day.  It could also be one or multiple scheduled sessions throughout the day.  It could be set breaks within the time of a long session or meeting right in the meeting space (similar to morning stretch or afternoon break but a little more yoga oriented). 

  • Custom Wellness Offerings -  This refers to everything listed above put together in a way that is perfect for the needs of your setting and attendees.  If there's anything else you are imagining, please feel free to ask.  I love to customize events!
